Wow. These guys are the real deal. Honestly, the most professional real estate shop I've come across. From the professionalism to their, intimate knowledge of communities, warmth, and patience, the Leung group has made this process quite a bit more comfortable. I want to especially note the services of Wesley Ko who has been an asset. Wesley is concerned with even the most granular bits of information and seemed to really have my back. Trustworthy and good dude. So in closing, let me reiterate. Wow. Also ask for coupons, they have coupons for various goodies around SSF.

I first met Wilson 3-4 years ago. At the time, I wasn't even in the market for a house. That very day, I remember riding in my friends car and going with him to open houses. He was the one in the market for a house, I was just a bystander. Wilson greeted us when we walked in and struck a conversation with us. Since I wasn't really the one looking, I stayed around the front door to chat while my buddy looked through the house. He left me a card and said if I ever need anything I can look for him. Without paying attention,.. I obviously lost his card and never really thought much about it. Just recently, we've met again. This time another open house. I thought the guy at the door looked familiar, and once again he struck a conversation. He even mention the house that we first met in. Amazing right? His attention to detail definitely make him stand out compare to other agents. Most agents seem to be like robots. Put signs out on the street, and just stay in the house like security guards. Not many want to get to know the customers. This guy on the other hand, tries to learn what people are looking for, and suggest where to look and what to expect. Although we haven't closed a deal yet, Wilson did help me with other small things. I had a property that needed some renovation. He was able to recommend some contractors that he worked with. Few other friends seem to know him as well because he is very active during his open houses.

Wilson Leung was the best realtor for my situation: first time home buyer in a tough market. From the start Wilson was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and punctual. He gave me a crash course in the housing market and what to expect if I became serious about buying property. Every time I attended an open house, the listing agents knew Wilson. Wilson and his team (Karl & Cathy) assisted me in obtain numerous disclosures throughout San Bruno and SSF, and also provided review even though I had not officially signed with them. Once I had found a property in SSF and decided to work with Wilson, we had a difficult time with the sellers and the listing agent. The sellers and agent were irrational and unpredictable with their demands. Wilson and his team took it upon themselves to drive the negotiations and get the sale finalized. He helped even when he was on vacation! Wilson wanted to make sure I was comfortable during the entire process, and even offered to cover some of the extra cost the sellers were demanding (for no reason). He is professional and dedicated to his clients. I would recommend Wilson to anyone buying property within the Bay Area.
